Amends Wyoming law to remove limits on good neighbor authority employee positions and allows funding from the Wyoming state forestry good neighbor.

The bill removes the restriction on the number of authorized good neighbor authority employee positions in Wyoming. It allows the state forester to hire additional employees as needed for good neighbor authority projects or other federally funded cooperative forest management projects. These employees will be funded using federal funds deposited in the Wyoming state forestry good neighbor authority revolving account. The bill also authorizes the acceptance of gifts, donations, and bequests into the account, while prohibiting the acceptance of real property.
