This bill amends the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission's authority to include regulation of noncommercial reserve pits, produced water retention pits, and emergency overflow pits. These regulations exclude discharges permitted under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System. The changes take effect July 1, 2025.
