The Wyoming national guard member referral incentive program is amended to increase the referral bonus amount to $1,000, expand eligibility to include veterans, current employees, and recruits, and extend the program's sunset date to July 1, 2028. The program incentivizes peer-to-peer recruiting by providing a referral bonus to successful referrals. The military department is required to keep records of all submitted forms and distribute the bonus upon the referred person's completed accession.
