This bill amends Wyoming statutes to ensure that protection orders related to stalking, sexual assault, and domestic violence remain effective during any appeal or review of the order, unless a court orders a stay. The changes apply to orders granted under Wyoming Statutes sections 7-3-506 through 7-3-512 and 35-21-106. The act is effective July 1, 2025.
