Wyoming HB0189 establishes rules for homeowners associations regarding the regulation of political campaign signs on members' property. The act prohibits associations from restricting signs unless they are ground-mounted or attached to fences. Exceptions include signs that threaten public health or safety, are larger than four by six feet, violate laws, contain obscene content, or cause distractions. Homeowners associations can request removal of signs that violate their regulations. The act applies to new associations or those amending bylaws after its effective date of July 1, 2026.
