Amends Wyoming election laws to clarify that duly elected party officials are members of county central committees.

This bill amends Wyoming election laws to specify that the county central committee of each political party consists of precinct committeemen and committeewomen, duly elected party officers, and those appointed to fill vacancies. It also mandates that the county central committee elect the chairman, one state committeeman, and one state committeewoman at an odd-year meeting. The bill clarifies that neither the chairman, state committeeman, nor state committeewoman need be members of the county central committee but may be, as per party bylaws. The changes are effective July 1, 2026.
