Modifies average daily membership for K-12 funding to include students who complete competency-based equivalency examinations.

This bill modifies the average daily membership (ADM) for K-12 funding to include students who successfully complete competency-based equivalency examinations. The ADM will count these students for the course completed by examination through the remainder of the semester. The state superintendent is required to promulgate necessary rules for the operation of the education resource block grant model. The changes are effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law.
