Lowers the age requirement for concealed carry permits in Wyoming from 21 to 18.

This bill amends the age requirement for concealed carry permits in Wyoming, lowering it from 21 to 18 years old. It also makes conforming amendments to existing statutes, repeals obsolete provisions, and sets an effective date of July 1, 2025. The attorney general is authorized to issue these permits to qualified individuals.
