Wyoming HB0171 changes the allocation of online sports wagering revenue. The first $300,000 of each fiscal year's revenue will be continuously appropriated to the Department of Health for county health programs aimed at preventing and treating problematic gambling behavior. The remaining revenue will be deposited into the general fund. The Wyoming Gaming Commission can contract with entities to provide these prevention and treatment programs. The act is effective July 1, 2026.
