Wyoming HB0158 mandates that operators of DC fast charging stations in the state display labels identifying the primary energy resources used to supply electricity. If the largest energy resource category constitutes less than 50% of the electricity used, the label must include the two largest categories. The label must be updated annually by March 31. Violation of this requirement is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $750.
