Wyoming HB0154 amends the false voting statute to include voting in any other state and then voting in Wyoming for the same federal election. The bill authorizes the secretary of state to request an investigation into acts of false voting. The county sheriff is required to investigate such acts at the request of the secretary of state or a county clerk. If the investigation finds merit in the allegation, the matter is referred to the district attorney for prosecution. The act is effective July 1, 2025.
