Prohibits use of vehicles on public lands to harass, injure, or kill predators.

The bill amends Wyoming law to prohibit the intentional harassment, pursuit, hunting, shooting, injury, or killing of predatory animals with vehicles on public lands. It also bans the use of vehicles to take wildlife that requires a license or permit, is protected, or is classified as threatened or endangered. Exceptions include use by governmental agencies and exemptions for handicapped hunters. The Game and Fish Commission must promulgate necessary rules, and certain sections take effect immediately upon enactment.
