Wyoming HB0133 prohibits the state and local governments from enacting, adopting, implementing, or enforcing policies that restrict officials or employees from cooperating with federal officials or law enforcement officers regarding immigration status information. It also bans the designation of the state or local jurisdictions as sanctuary cities, towns, or counties. The act creates a new felony offense for violations and provides for an effective date upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law.
