The Hospital Price Transparency Act mandates that hospitals in Wyoming disclose prices for medical items and services. Hospitals must maintain a list of all standard charges for all facility items or services and make this list publicly available. The list must be updated annually and formatted in a manner consistent with department guidelines. Additionally, hospitals must provide a consumer-friendly list of standard charges for at least 300 shoppable services.
