Violation of this provision is a low misdemeanor and results in a two-year suspension of hunting, fishing, and trapping licenses. The bill also mandates the game and fish commission to create necessary rules for implementation. The act becomes effective July 1, 2025, with certain sections taking effect immediately upon enactment.
