Wyoming HB0109 prohibits trespassing on private property for hunting, fishing, or trapping without permission and suspends licenses for violators.

Wyoming HB0109 amends existing law to prohibit entering, traveling through, or returning across private property to hunt, fish, collect antlers or horns, or trap without permission. Violation of this provision is a low misdemeanor and results in a two-year suspension of hunting, fishing, and trapping licenses. The bill also mandates the game and fish commission to create necessary rules for implementation. The act becomes effective July 1, 2025, with certain sections taking effect immediately upon enactment.
