It specifies that a person does not commit criminal trespass if they pass through the airspace or touch the land or premises of another person while traveling from one parcel of land they are authorized to access to another parcel that shares a common corner or is immediately connected. This exception applies to both criminal trespass and game-and-fish trespass. The act is effective July 1, 2025.
