Wyoming HB0091 prohibits government entities from deploying, developing, or using artificial intelligence systems to evaluate or classify individuals or groups based on social behavior or personal characteristics to calculate social scores. It also bans the use of AI to identify individuals using biometric data or bulk image gathering. Exceptions are made for health care treatment, payment, or operations. The act defines "artificial intelligence system" and "biometric data" and is effective July 1, 2026.
