This bill amends Wyoming law to allow the secretary of state to submit complaints to the governor against county clerks for violations of the Wyoming Election Code. Previously, only qualified electors and the board of county commissioners could submit such complaints. The governor can then direct the attorney general to prosecute the case in district court. The act takes effect on July 1, 2026.
