Wyoming HB0076 amends the insurance code to require that all adverse determinations and appeals of prior authorization be reviewed by a physician or other appropriate licensed health care provider who holds a current and unrestricted license to practice within the scope of their profession in Wyoming or another U.S. jurisdiction. The changes apply to determinations made on or after July 1, 2025.
