Wyoming HB0057 prohibits counties and municipalities from banning or regulating the use or possession of fireworks on July 4. It allows the use and possession of fireworks on July 4 in state parks, campgrounds, and similar areas. The act also provides for an effective date immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law.
