Increases maximum fines and imprisonment terms for municipal court offenses in Wyoming.

The bill amends Wyoming law to increase the maximum fines and terms of imprisonment that municipal courts may impose for offenses under city ordinances. The maximum fine increases from $750 to $1,000, and the maximum imprisonment term increases from six months to one year. The municipal judge retains exclusive jurisdiction over all violations of city ordinances, and no change of venue is allowed. The changes take effect on July 1, 2025.
