Wyoming HB0030 amends the formula for calculating county vehicle registration fees for vehicles in their sixth, seventh, and eighth years of service. The bill sets the fee at 3% of 15% of the factory price plus special equipment value for a vehicle in its sixth year of service, 3% of 10% for a vehicle in its seventh year, and 3% of 5% for a vehicle in its eighth year and thereafter. The changes are effective July 1, 2026.
