Clarifies that crossing corners of adjacent parcels without touching private land does not constitute trespass.

The bill amends Wyoming statutes to clarify that crossing the corners of two adjacent parcels of land without physically touching or causing damage to any privately owned land or property adjacent to the parcels does not constitute criminal trespass or game-and-fish trespass. This exception applies to individuals crossing from a parcel owned by a local government, the state of Wyoming, or the federal government to another parcel they are authorized to access. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
