Authorizes the Wyoming Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources to establish and collect fees for the Wyoming State Museum.

This bill amends Wyoming law to authorize the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources to establish and collect fees for nonresident admission to the Wyoming State Museum, participation in museum-related events, and other museum services. The collected fees will be deposited into the museum enterprise fund, previously known as the Department of Commerce enterprise fund. The bill also specifies that funds in the museum enterprise fund can only be expended upon legislative appropriation and sets an effective date of July 1, 2026.
