Wyoming HB0007 amends education law to require school districts to provide access to at least twelve postsecondary credit hours for high school.

Wyoming HB0007 modifies the duties of school district boards of trustees to ensure high school students have access to a minimum of twelve postsecondary credit hours. This act requires each school district board of trustees to collaborate with the University of Wyoming, community college district boards of trustees, or other accredited postsecondary education institutions to make these options reasonably accessible. The bill is effective July 1, 2025.
