Establishes a State Tax Lien Registry for filing and maintaining tax liens in West Virginia.

The bill creates a State Tax Lien Registry to centralize the filing of tax liens in West Virginia. The registry, maintained by the West Virginia Tax Division, will include details such as the debtor's name, the Division's name and address, the tax lien number, and the basis for the lien. The registry will be accessible online and in printed form, free of charge, and will supersede county records. The Division may sell bulk information from the registry to cover costs.
