Permits hotels and public lodging establishments to provide annual human trafficking awareness training to employees. Requires establishments to implement a procedure for reporting suspected human trafficking to the National Human Trafficking Hotline or local law enforcement. Also requires posting a human trafficking public awareness sign in a conspicuous location accessible to employees. The Bureau for Public Health may propose rules for legislative approval in accordance with Section: 29A-3-15.
