Establishes the Safe School Events Music Act to regulate music at West Virginia interscholastic athletic events.

The Safe School Events Music Act aims to ensure that music played at interscholastic athletic events in West Virginia is appropriate for a school environment. It prohibits explicit music at events sanctioned by the West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission (WVSSAC). The act defines explicit songs as those containing profanity, sexual content, references to illegal drug use, slurs, or other explicit material. Clean versions of explicit songs are also prohibited.
