Allows accounting corporations to use "A.C." as a name ending.

West Virginia SB916 amends the state code to allow accounting corporations to use "A.C." as a name ending, in addition to "accounting corporation." This change applies to corporations created after July 1, 2001. The bill specifies that the Secretary of State must issue a certificate of incorporation to the incorporators, provided they comply with applicable provisions. The use of other words or abbreviations indicating the corporation status is prohibited.
