This bill supplements and amends the appropriations of public moneys out of the Treasury from the balance of moneys remaining as an unappropriated surplus balance in the State Fund, General Revenue, to the Department of Human Services, Bureau for Social Services. It allocates funds to the Bureau for Social Services – Adoption, Foster Care, and Adult Services for fiscal year 2026.
