West Virginia SB775 prohibits state government entities from engaging in activities related to sexual orientation or gender transitioning. This includes discussions, training, curriculum development, policies, and medical procedures. State funds cannot support programs that include gender transitioning or sexual orientation discussions. Public schools, universities, and state-funded institutions are also prohibited from promoting or facilitating such discussions.
