Establishes resident and nonresident wildlife viewing stamps in West Virginia.
This bill creates Class WV resident and Class WVV nonresident wildlife viewing stamps. These stamps allow holders of a Class Q hunting permit to view wildlife in all counties of the state, except where prohibited by the director's rules. The stamps require the purchase of an appropriate base hunting or fishing license. Revenue from the stamps will be deposited in the State Treasury and credited to the Division of Natural Resources for wildlife resource program expenses.
