West Virginia SB721 amends the definitions and requirements for rental agreements of self-service storage facilities. It recognizes unsigned rental agreements under certain circumstances, provides for notice of removal of personal property upon termination or non-renewal of the rental agreements, and establishes an effective date applicable to all rental agreements.
