West Virginia SB60 amends the Code of West Virginia to allow brewers, brewpubs, manufacturers, and resident brewers to make private labels for existing nonintoxicating beer and craft beer brands available for purchase. These private labels can be sold exclusively to one licensee or individual who purchases the entire production. The bill specifies that these labels must not encourage intemperance or appeal to persons below the legal drinking age. Additionally, the private labels cannot be sold in quantities exceeding 25 cases of 24 bottles, cans, or other sealed containers.
