Allows election official trainees to be appointed as election officials in West Virginia.

This bill amends West Virginia law to establish a program allowing election official trainees to be appointed as election officials. Eligible trainees must meet certain criteria, including being a junior or senior in good standing with a GPA of at least 3.0. They must also be able to read and write English, not be candidates or related to candidates, and have parental approval if under 18. Students appointed as officials will not be counted as absent from school.
