Imposes a limit of three consecutive terms for certain elected officials in the state. This restriction applies to offices specified in Sections 3-1-16, 3-1-17, and 3-1-18 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended. The limitation does not apply to partial terms resulting from appointments.
