Establishes a special revenue account to expand in-state residential treatment capacity for children.

This bill creates a special revenue account, the Residential Treatment Capacity Expansion Fund, to expand in-state residential treatment capacity for children. The fund will be used for recruitment and development of residential treatment providers, transition services for children currently placed out of state, and other activities that increase West Virginia’s residential treatment capacity. The fund will consist of appropriations, recoveries, and other available resources.
