Authorizes the Board of Physical Therapy to create rules for physical therapists and assistants.

This bill authorizes the Board of Physical Therapy to create rules regarding general provisions for physical therapists and physical therapist assistants. The rule was previously filed and modified to address objections from the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee. The Board of Physical Therapy is now authorized to promulgate these rules, which will govern the practice of physical therapists and assistants in West Virginia.
