Authorizes the Board of Pharmacy to create rules for mail-order and nonresident pharmacies.

This bill authorizes the Board of Pharmacy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to mail-order and nonresident pharmacies. The rule, initially filed in the State Register on July 24, 2025, was modified to address objections from the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled on October 22, 2025.
