Military Incentive Program Act of 1991 renamed and extended to all veterans in West Virginia.

The Military Incentive Program Act of 1991, renamed and extended in West Virginia, provides tax credits to employers who hire economically disadvantaged Vietnam era and Korean conflict veterans, disabled veterans, unemployed members of the West Virginia National Guard, and unemployed members of the reserve forces of the United States. The tax credit is applied against the employer's personal or corporate tax liability. The program is administered by WorkForce West Virginia and the West Virginia National Guard, which verify eligibility through approved vouchers.
