This bill amends the Code of West Virginia to exempt certain military veterans and their spouses and dependents from tuition and fees at state institutions of higher education. Specifically, it waives tuition and fees for the children and spouses of law enforcement officers, correctional officers, parole officers, probation officers, natural resources police officers, registered firefighters, National Guard members, reserve component members, and active military personnel killed in the line of duty.
