Waives hunting, fishing, and trapping license fees for municipal volunteer firefighters in West Virginia.

West Virginia SB198 waives the fees for hunting, fishing, and trapping licenses or permits for individuals who are currently serving as municipal volunteer firefighters. To be eligible for this fee waiver, a person must submit an affidavit signed by their fire chief, stating that they are a volunteer firefighter.
