Clarifies requirements for possession and administration of epinephrine in West Virginia schools.

West Virginia SB1078 amends the Code of West Virginia to clarify the requirements for possession and administration of epinephrine in schools. The bill allows schools to maintain epinephrine auto-injectors for emergency use, and authorizes school nurses, trained school transportation employees, and designated nonmedical school personnel to administer these injectors during regular school hours or at school functions if they reasonably believe a student or staff member is experiencing an anaphylactic reaction.
