Requires medical insurance providers to include infertility services in their policies.

Requires medical insurance providers to include infertility services in their policies. Prohibits imposing different limitations on coverage for infertility services than those imposed on other medical services. Prohibits imposing limitations on coverage based on arbitrary factors such as number of attempts, dollar amounts, or age. Prohibits using prior diagnosis of or prior treatment for infertility as a basis for excluding, limiting, or otherwise restricting the availability of coverage for required benefits.
