Establishes the West Virginia Task Force on Election Integrity to investigate secure election methods and technologies.

The bill creates the West Virginia Task Force on Election Integrity within the Office of the Secretary of State. The Task Force will investigate secure methods and technologies for vote tabulation and election management. It will also assess risks such as cyber-attacks and foreign influence. The Task Force will submit reports to the Governor and the Legislature. The Task Force will terminate in 2028 unless extended by the Governor.
