The West Virginia Microbusiness Support & Simplification Act creates a statewide program to support microbusinesses, defined as businesses with no more than nine employees. It establishes the West Virginia Microbusiness Support Program and a special revenue fund for grants, micro-grants, and loans to microbusinesses.
