The motto must be displayed on a poster or framed copy at least 11 inches by 14 inches, with the U.S. and West Virginia flags beneath it. The Ten Commandments must be displayed on a poster or framed copy at least 16 inches by 20 inches, legible from anywhere in the room. The POW-MIA flag may also be displayed. Costs for these displays can be covered by public funds or private donations.
