West Virginia HB5581 amends the state's newborn screening tests to include infantile GM1 gangliosidosis. Newborn screenings will be covered by Public Employees Insurance Agency, the state Children's Health Insurance Program, the Medicaid program, and health insurers with pregnancy coverage.
