Increases minimum liability insurance coverage requirements for motor vehicles in West Virginia.

West Virginia HB5505 amends the Code of West Virginia to increase the minimum liability insurance coverage requirements for motor vehicles. The bill specifies that proof of financial responsibility must now cover $25,000 for bodily injury or death of one person in an accident, $50,000 for two or more persons, and $25,000 for property damage.
