Recall process for county commission and county board of education officials in West Virginia.

West Virginia HB5394 amends the state code to establish a recall election process for county commission and county board of education officials. The bill mandates that recall elections can be initiated by petition with signatures from at least 10% of the qualified voters who voted in the previous election for the office. For county commission positions, a recall can also be proposed at a county commission meeting or by resolution of the governing body.
